Management: provides comprehensive Maintenance Services to guarantee the availability of technical support and equipment spares. Customers with mission-critical networks may also avail of a 7x24 Maintenance Agreement, ensuring the service unit availability and support even weekends and holidays.
Education: customer training is a part of our technology transfer program, while empowering customer organization support group to manage the network and provide the first-level support.
Support Service: we maintain a Helpdesk facility for phone support, and logging & monitoring of support case. We offer a 2 to 4 hours response time to technical Support request from customer within Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City. Outside of National capital region, support is dispatched through the Helpdesk and onsite assistance is provided earliest possible.
